Do you allow tubing or skiiing?
Unfortunately tubing and skiing from the back of the pontoon is prohibited. Our pontoons are not equipped for this activity and are set up for leisure. Tubing and skiing increase the chance of someone getting hurt on the lake.
What is the cancellation/weather policy?
If inclement weather occurs before your rental period, we will contact you to cancel or reschedule your reservation without penalty. Otherwise, you must give a 72-hour notice of cancellation. If a notice comes in less than 72 hours before the start of your rental, we reserve the right to charge you up to the full amount of the full rental rate. Please review the rental agreement at booking.
What happens if there is a thunderstorm during my rental?
We want all participants to remain safe. If inclement weather starts during your rental, you must return to the dock immediately or seek the nearest safe shelter.
What is the minimum age to rent or drive?
The minimum age to enter into a rental agreement is 28 years old.
If you are born on or after January 1, 1988 you will be required to show a valid Boaters Safety License to drive the vessel.
Do you charge for fuel?
Fuel is included in the rental price.

Do I have to bring my own life jacket?
Any participates that are under 50 lbs., please bring your own life jacket. Everyone above 50 lbs., we will have life jackets for you. North Carolina law states that all participants under the age of 13 are required to wear a life jacket at all times while on the boat. We recommend that everyone wear a life jacket while swimming in the lake.
Can I beach the boat to access the islands?
No. Beaching or intentionally pulling a boat onto a shoreline risks damaging the boat propeller, toons and other boat equipment. Anchors are provided so participants can reach the shoreline safely.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, no pets!
